How to ditch with
Apple Trade In Program
To use the Apple Trade In Program:
- Verify Eligibility: Visit the Apple Trade In website and select the device you want to trade in. Provide details about the device to determine its trade-in value.
- Get an Estimate: Answer a few questions about your device's condition, model, and configuration to receive an estimated trade-in value.
- Initiate the Trade-In: If you agree with the estimate, you can proceed with the trade-in process. For online transactions, Apple will provide a prepaid trade-in kit or shipping label.
- Prepare Your Device: Follow the instructions to prepare your device for trade-in, which includes backing up data and performing a factory reset.
- Send It In or Bring It to an Apple Store: Ship your device using the provided kit or label, or take it to an Apple Store for verification.
- Receive Your Credit: Once Apple verifies the condition of your device, they'll apply the trade-in value as a credit toward your next purchase or give you an Apple Store Gift Card.
